HSE Program Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.

  • Create safety management systems to ensure the workplace is free of health and safety risks.


Training and Development:

  • Design and conduct HSE training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring that staff are knowledgeable about safety procedures, hazard identification, risk management, and emergency response.

  • Develop training materials, workshops, and courses on safe work practices and environmental management.


Risk Assessment and Hazard Management:

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace, both physical and environmental.

  • Implement control measures to mitigate risks, and follow up to ensure their effectiveness.


Incident Investigation and Reporting:

  • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes.

  • Compile reports and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents.
