HSE Program Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
Create safety management systems to ensure the workplace is free of health and safety risks.
Training and Development:
Design and conduct HSE training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring that staff are knowledgeable about safety procedures, hazard identification, risk management, and emergency response.
Develop training materials, workshops, and courses on safe work practices and environmental management.
Risk Assessment and Hazard Management:
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace, both physical and environmental.
Implement control measures to mitigate risks, and follow up to ensure their effectiveness.
Incident Investigation and Reporting:
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes.
Compile reports and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents.

Bachelor of Environmental Management Engineering
At least 5 years HSE management experience on offshore platforms or land RIGS
