Job Description
Job Title: HR Trainee (No Experience Jobs)
Organisation: Double Q Company Limited
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating recruitment processes including advert placement, scheduling interviews, and preparing shortlists.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Support payroll preparation by validating attendance, leave and overtime records
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
1 year of HR internship/experience is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and HR ethics.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
