KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage HR Information Systems- HRIS (on-boarding new employees, Performance Management System, Payroll Systems, leave management, updating of staff details in Oracle).
Manage and supervise data input in all HR Information Systems i.e. Staff and Business Information: Organization structures, job profiles, biodata, transitions, updates, amendments.
Prepare simple and complex HRIS related reports and scenario analysis to support HR and Business Managers in decision making.
Implement HRIS Business Continuity Planning and Management, Disaster Recovery and Readiness Testing as assigned and as per Bank policy requirements.
Manage and supervise the filing, storage and retrieval of office documents, staff personal files and ensure that all records and databases are up to date.
Carry out all HRIS improvement to meet emerging HR needs, and use of standard HR reports.
Maintain data, records and statistics relating to HRIS i.e. system licenses and change management Systems versioning.
Ensure data security and confidentiality of employee information in line with the data protection guidelines and procedures.
Oversee HR Information system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
Provide user training and support for HRIS functionality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, IT OR a Business-Related Field
Professional Qualifications; Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in HR General and/ or data analytics.
EXPERIENCE
Total Minimum No of Years Experience Required-2Years
