KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage HR Information Systems- HRIS (on-boarding new employees, Performance Management System, Payroll Systems, leave management, updating of staff details in Oracle).

  • Manage and supervise data input in all HR Information Systems i.e. Staff and Business Information: Organization structures, job profiles, biodata, transitions, updates, amendments.

  • Prepare simple and complex HRIS related reports and scenario analysis to support HR and Business Managers in decision making.

  • Implement HRIS Business Continuity Planning and Management, Disaster Recovery and Readiness Testing as assigned and as per Bank policy requirements.

  • Manage and supervise the filing, storage and retrieval of office documents, staff personal files and ensure that all records and databases are up to date.

  • Carry out all HRIS improvement to meet emerging HR needs, and use of standard HR reports.

  • Maintain data, records and statistics relating to HRIS i.e. system licenses and change management Systems versioning.

  • Ensure data security and confidentiality of employee information in line with the data protection guidelines and procedures.

  • Oversee HR Information system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.

  • Provide user training and support for HRIS functionality.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, IT OR a Business-Related Field

  • Professional Qualifications; Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in HR General and/ or data analytics.
