Position Overview
Donswift Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources and consulting functions. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, documentation, client communications, report writing, and proposal development, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service.

How to Apply
Prepare accurate and professional HR reports, proposals, and official documents.
Support recruitment processes, staff onboarding, and training coordination.
Assist in drafting and submitting proposals for HR projects and consulting assignments.
Maintain a tracker for client engagements, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Communicate professionally with clients and partners via email and written correspondence.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and support business development efforts.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Formal training in HR practices and policies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent business writing ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A client-focused mindset and professional demeanor.
