Job Description
Position Title: Hotel Manager
Organization: Uganda Kolping Society (UKS)
Location: Uganda (Kolping Hotels)
Reports To: General Manager
Age Limit: 30 – 40 years

Position Overview
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Kolping Hotels, ensuring high standards of service, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective resource management to meet organizational goals.

How to Apply
Serve as the Accounting Officer of the Hotel, ensuring financial accountability and performance.
Oversee staff and hotel operations at all levels, establishing clear goals and performance expectations.
Develop work plans, allocate responsibilities, and ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Institutional Catering or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a reputable organization within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
Sound knowledge of strategic planning and staff management.
