Job Description
Aape Motel Kamuli is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to join our team in a supervisory or managerial capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high operational standards.

How to Apply
Oversee daily hotel operations, including the front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
Manage bookings, monitor budgets, and maintain inventory.
Ensure cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction at all times.
Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality supervision/management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic accounting.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
High level of integrity and a strong customer service orientation.
