Job Summary:
The Hostel Warden will assist the Student Affairs Coordinator in the effective daily management and supervision of student hostels. This role involves ensuring the safety, order, and well-being of students living in the residential facilities. Additionally, the Warden will oversee catering services to guarantee that students receive adequate and appropriate meals.

How to Apply
Willingness to reside within the assigned student residential facility.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Hospitality Management, Psychology, Counseling, Public Administration, or related fields.
A diploma with relevant experience may be considered under special circumstances.
Additional Desirable Training and Skills:
Training in guidance and counseling, conflict resolution, or student affairs management is an advantage.
Basic certification or training in First Aid, Safety, or Emergency Response is desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant experience managing student accommodation or youth welfare programs.
Experience in a similar role within a higher education institution, school, or boarding facility.
Proven ability to coordinate student services, events, or support systems.
Supervisory or leadership experience in residential or institutional settings is highly preferred.
