Job Summary: 

This senior role is pivotal in driving Jubilee’s High Net Worth Individual (HNI) strategy. The HNI Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of plans to grow the affluent client segment through strategic market engagement, recruitment of HNI-focused agents, product innovation, and premium income growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields;

  • Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.

  • 8–10 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, or capital markets, with a strong understanding of investment strategies and financial products.

  • Proven track record in business development and relationship management with high-net-worth clients.

  • Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing, and regulatory compliance skills.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
