Operations Management:

• Supervise daily activities across the gym, pool, spa, locker rooms, and related facilities

• Ensure all equipment and amenities are functional and promptly report maintenance issues

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations

Staff Supervision:

• Manage fitness instructors, pool attendants, cleaners, and reception staff

• Create duty rosters, approve schedules, and coordinate shift assignments

• Train new employees and support ongoing staff development and performance reviews

Customer Service:

• Address member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Uphold excellent client care and engagement standards

• Promote health club programs, events, and wellness services

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Enforce adherence to health and safety policies and protocols

• Conduct regular safety inspections and emergency preparedness drills

• Document and escalate accidents or incidents as necessary

Sales & Membership Support:

• Assist with membership sales, renewals, and member engagement initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing on promotions to boost club participation

• Track member attendance, retention, and satisfaction metrics

Administrative Duties:

• Prepare reports on facility usage, staff attendance, and client feedback

• Manage inventory and requisition supplies as needed

• Monitor expenses to ensure efficient resource use within budget constraints
