Job Description
The Head of Growth & Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative strategies to grow Simpler’s user base and brand presence. They will experiment with various customer acquisition tactics, including organic growth, partnerships, influencer campaigns, and referral programs. Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, they will embed growth strategies into Simpler’s overall business strategy.

How to Apply
Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire and retain merchants.
Experiment with unconventional marketing tactics, including viral loops, community building, and guerrilla marketing.

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to integrate growth into the company’s core operations.
Identify and execute innovative distribution strategies to enhance brand reach.
Continuously measure and iterate marketing campaigns to maximize efficiency and impact.
Education & Experience:
Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech.
A strong track record of running successful growth experiments and scaling customer acquisition.
Experience with multiple marketing channels, including paid, organic, viral, influencer, and partnerships.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with experience setting KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing results.
A builder mentality – ability to execute without large budgets and scale strategies from scratch.
A test-and-learn mindset – quick execution, fast failure, and continuous optimization.
Entrepreneurial approach – ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and strategic thinking – ability to develop unique and high-impact marketing initiatives.
