Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key clients for long-term partnerships.
Oversee the preparation of marketing and advertising proposals for potential clients.
Work closely with department heads to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development or client management, ideally in an advertising agency.
Proven ability to achieve business growth and manage large-scale client accounts.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
