Job Description
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and coordination for the implementation of Global Fund Malaria and TB/RSSH grant activities. The role focuses on strengthening malaria and TB prevention, case management, community health systems, and the use of HMIS for disease surveillance, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting across targeted districts.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate implementation of Global Fund Malaria and TB I RSSH grant activities in line with grant agreements and work plans.
- Provide technical support to district health offices, health facilities, and community-based organizations.
- Strengthen malaria and TB case detection, prevention, community
- systems, and HMIS reporting and data use.
- Ensure quality reporting, documentation of best practices, and stakeholder engagement at district and national levels.
- Lead, supervise, and appraise project staff and ensure effective financial, administrative, and asset management.
- Manage budgets, accountabilities, and coordination with TASO and CUAMM HQ.
