Sports Facility Management

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all sports facilities, including squash, tennis, badminton, swimming, and table tennis courts.

• Ensure all equipment is in excellent condition and meets safety standards.

• Coordinate with the facilities team for repairs and upgrades as needed.

Programming and Events

• Develop and implement sports and recreational programs that cater to the diverse interests of members.

Member Engagement

• Foster strong relationships with members to understand their preferences and feedback.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor staff involved in sports and recreational activities.

• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff performance.

Budget and Resource Management

• Prepare and manage budgets for sports and recreational activities.

• Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the club’s sports and recreational offerings.

• Align sports initiatives with the club’s overall goals and objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Reporting and Communication

• Provide regular updates to the General Manager on programming, member participation, and staff development.

• Maintain clear communication channels with members, staff, and external stakeholders.
