Position Summary:
C-Care Uganda is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Group Clinical Administrator to support the Medical Services Department. This role reports directly to the Director of Medical Services at IHK, with a dotted reporting line to the Director of Medical Services at IMC. The successful candidate will manage contracts for visiting consultants and maintain the doctors’ master database, alongside other key administrative responsibilities.

How to Apply
Collaborate with OPD Managers/Team Leads to ensure contracts and addendums for new and existing visiting consultants are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained
Maintain the C-Care Doctor Master File, ensuring accurate and timely creation of doctor profiles in the Health Information System (HIS)
Liaise with stakeholders including IT and Finance to ensure proper doctor mapping across business units
Resolve issues related to consultant contracts and HIS in coordination with relevant departments
Keep the doctors' register current and ensure all required documentation is filed and up to date
Support other administrative tasks within the Medical Services Department as needed
Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with contract management and database systems, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Highly organized and proactive in resolving queries and managing records
