Job Description
The Graphics Designer will play a key role in developing and producing high-quality visual assets for various media, including show branding, promotional materials, social media graphics, and motion content. This role requires a creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to deliver on-brand visuals in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for media, be proficient in leading design software, and be capable of turning creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Create compelling and original graphics for show branding, digital campaigns, and promotional materials
Design social media assets, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral
Collaborate with video editors and content creators to enhance visual storytelling
Develop design templates and maintain consistent visual identity across platforms
Create motion graphics and visual effects where needed
Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and creative direction
Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and tools
Participate in team brainstorming and creative planning sessions
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the creative director

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of creative work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Creative and proactive mindset with a strong sense of aesthetic and brand alignment
