Job Description
The Intern – Network Operations will work under the supervision of experienced NOC professionals, gaining practical knowledge in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and operations management. This internship will provide insight into real-time network performance, support issue resolution, and develop core competencies in telecommunications. Interns will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic environment, contributing to the performance and reliability of JTL’s network infrastructure.

How to Apply
Monitor network systems and performance metrics
Assist in identifying and resolving network-related issues
Support the NOC team in incident management and escalation processes
Maintain documentation of system performance and downtime
Learn and utilize network management tools and software
Collaborate with technical teams to improve service delivery
Carry out any additional tasks assigned within the department
Recent graduate with a Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Must be available full-time for the 6-month internship program
CCNA or HCIA certification is a strong advantage
Strong communication and analytical skills
Demonstrated technical aptitude in telecommunications
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with network systems
