Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program is structured to develop high-potential graduates through rotational assignments in key engineering departments. Trainees will gain practical experience by supporting senior engineers in diagnostics, maintenance, project implementation, and continuous process improvement. The program emphasizes a strong foundation in technical skills, problem-solving, and safety compliance, preparing candidates for long-term roles in the company.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in rotational, on-the-job training across key departments
Assist senior engineers with equipment troubleshooting, repair, and project execution
Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of production processes
Conduct equipment diagnostics and suggest preventive maintenance strategies
Adhere to company safety protocols and quality assurance standards
Learn and adapt to dynamic production and manufacturing environments
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
1–3 years of post-NYSC work experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Residency or proximity to Abeokuta or Agbara is preferred
