Graduate trainees will be placed in the following departments:
- People & Culture
- Finance
- Marketing
- Quality
- Warehouse Management
- Procurement
- Production
- Maintenance
- Transport
- OSHE (Occupational Safety, Health & Environment)
- Route to Market
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide practical, on-the-job training across core business functions
- Develop future leaders through mentorship and coaching
- Enhance problem-solving, innovation, and operational excellence skills
- Build a strong talent pipeline for key roles within the organization

To qualify, you need to be a recent Graduate of 2025 or 2026 with atleast a Second Upper Degree from a recognised University and a credit in Math and English.
