As our operations expand rapidly, we are looking for dynamic, competent, and motivated fresh graduates to join our team in the position below:
Position Summary
Role: Graduate in Training (GIT) – Junior Sales Representative (Electric Vehicle)

Duration: 6-month field-based apprenticeship
The GIT – Junior Sales Representative (EV Sales) position is designed for recent graduates and serves as the gateway into a career in EV sales at WATU. This field-intensive apprenticeship focuses on developing hands-on sales skills, client engagement techniques, and market activation strategies under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote awareness of electric vehicle (EV) products and financing solutions through field campaigns.
Follow up on leads generated via activations, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Assist Field Marketing Officers with door-to-door engagement and client onboarding.
Support EV test rides, demonstrations, and field events to drive customer interest.
Educate clients about WATU’s EV value proposition and address objections.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools and ensure daily reporting.
Attend coaching sessions, participate in sales training, and shadow senior representatives.
Coordinate with swap station partners and internal support teams during onboarding.
Drive EV brand visibility by engaging with communities in high-traffic areas.
Carry out any other duties as assigned, in alignment with the GIT learning objectives.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations within the financial services or lending industry.
Experience in asset finance or electric mobility is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Sheets and CRM software.
Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Possession of a valid rider’s/driver’s license (Class A or equivalent) is an added advantage.
