Job Description
Job Title: Go Nations Coordinator
Organisation: World Trumpet Mission (WTM)
Duty Station: Seguku, Wakiso, Uganda
The Go Nations Coordinator is responsible for spearheading the Go Nations Movement, a global initiative aimed at uniting churches, ministries, and mission organizations across denominational lines to mobilize resources, build discipleship programs, and advance global revival efforts. This role ensures that Go Nations Uganda and Go Nations Global function as catalysts for mission work, fostering collaboration among different Christian denominations to drive evangelism, church growth, and intercessory prayer networks worldwide.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination of the Go Nations Movement
Lead the implementation of Go Nations Uganda and Go Nations Global strategies.
Build partnerships with various Christian denominations to foster unity and collaboration.
Mobilize and coordinate resources to support global mission outreach efforts.
Work closely with WTM Missions and GPAN teams to ensure alignment with broader revival initiatives.
Missions Mobilization & Revival Strategy
Organize large-scale revival movements, mission campaigns, and discipleship programs.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions with churches and mission leaders to enhance outreach efforts.
Implement lessons learned from global revival movements to replicate revival strategies worldwide.
Coordinate continent-wide mission mobilization efforts.
Resource Sharing & Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration among different ministries, allowing them to share strengths, expertise, and resources.
Develop strategic funding and resource mobilization models to sustain mission work.
Ensure that churches, denominations, and mission agencies contribute their unique strengths to the movement without an inferiority complex.
Establishment of Prayer Altars (GPAN – Global Prayer Altar Network)
Oversee the expansion of prayer altars worldwide, ensuring they are established in homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Train mission teams and church leaders on how to set up and sustain prayer altars.
Work towards establishing regional mission bases, to anchor prayer and discipleship programs.
Integrate GPAN efforts within the missions’ department, ensuring that prayer remains central to all mission initiatives.
Training & Capacity Building
Organize discipleship training, evangelism workshops, and prayer leadership programs for mission teams.
Develop training modules to equip mission leaders on prayer, intercession, and revival strategies.
Strengthen church and mission partnerships by providing training resources on strategic evangelism.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Track and evaluate the impact of Go Nations initiatives globally and in Uganda.
Provide regular reports on mission progress, prayer altar expansion, and resource mobilization efforts.
Offer recommendations for improving mission strategies based on field reports and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Missiology, Christian Leadership, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Missions, Intercultural Studies, or Church Growth is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in mission coordination, evangelism, or interdenominational leadership.
Experience in mobilizing churches, ministries, and Christian organizations for global missions.
Proven leadership in revival movements, prayer initiatives, or large-scale mission campaigns.
Experience in developing discipleship programs and mobilizing resources for mission work.

Spiritual Leadership & Prayer Mobilization – Ability to oversee and expand prayer networks globally.
Global Networking & Partnerships – Skilled in building strategic relationships with church leaders, missionaries, and donors.
Business & Operational Competencies
Project Management & Execution – Ability to manage large-scale mission initiatives efficiently.
Fundraising & Resource Mobilization – Skilled in mobilizing financial and material resources for mission expansion.
Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making – Ability to develop long-term mission strategies.
Public Speaking & Communication – Capable of delivering impactful sermons, training, and mobilization messages.
Monitoring & Impact Assessment – Experience in tracking mission effectiveness and optimizing strategies.
