Position Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding Kolping Hotels and Uganda Limited (KHUL)’s hospitality and income-generating ventures. The role requires a dynamic leader to drive strategic direction, oversee daily operations, ensure profitability, and uphold organizational excellence.

How to Apply
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations across all KHUL business units.
Design and execute strategic growth initiatives, identify new revenue streams, and promote business diversification.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for staff and project managers to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure exceptional customer and stakeholder satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years in a senior management role within the hospitality or related sector.
Proven track record in business development, financial oversight, client relations, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with both local and international hospitality trends is a distinct advantage.
