Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
5+ years in microfinance, lending, or asset finance (portfolio management experience required).
Expertise in credit risk, collections, and Uganda’s financial regulations.
Proven ability to spot and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Leadership skills to inspire teams and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Tech savviness – familiarity with loan management software is a plus!
Bonus Skills:
Experience with digital lending/mobile money platforms.
Deep knowledge of Uganda’s EV bike, smartphone, or microfinance markets.
Strategic mindset with a knack for innovation and market analysis.
