About the Organisation
The EYE-C programme, funded by the Mastercard Foundation, is being implemented by a consortium comprising aBi Development Ltd, Café Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. The programme aims to empower over 300,000 young women to create and add value within Uganda’s agricultural value chains, particularly in coffee by providing them with the skills, resources and support to thrive as entrepreneurs and employees, thereby ensuring their sustained, dignified participation in the sector where their contributions drive sector growth.

Job Description
Café Africa Uganda (CAU) and the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (ICA) Uganda Chapter are seeking qualified and passionate individuals to support the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme.
Locations: Kampala and various coffee-growing districts in Uganda

Promote a safe, inclusive environment for programme participants and ensure safeguarding policies are enforced.

Note: While most roles will involve in-person engagement at either Kampala or designated coffee-growing districts, provisions for remote or hybrid work arrangements may be considered, depending on the nature of the role and candidate suitability. Therefore, candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work remotely when required, including use of virtual collaboration tools and adherence to remote working protocols
