Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent;
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or hotel front office.
IATA diploma is desirable.
Proficiency in PMS systems and guest billing processes;
Skilled in guest relations, complaint resolution, and staff supervision.
Experience in safari lodge operations or remote tourism environments;
Familiarity with multiple reservation channels and OTA platforms.
