An accomplished professional to drive front office effectiveness and efficiency in our Christian School
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing reception duties, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of front-office activities. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all clients, visitors, and staff.

How to Apply
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Secretarial Studies, or a related field;
A certificate in Executive Front Office Administration will be a plus;
Proven Front Office Management experience of at least two (2) years;
Knowledge, skills, attributes:
Strong Interpersonal skills;
Integrity and high Ethical Standards;
A good command of the English language;
An evident spiritual maturity;
Ability to resolve administrative problems and inquiries;
Knowledge of Office Management and Documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word);
Creativity – ability to devise new ways of addressing guest/administrative issues;
