The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role at a reputable institution.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

  • A minimum of a Diploma in business-related courses such as: Microfinance, Accounting and Finance, Marketing (traditional and digital), Secretarial Studies, Human Resource Management

  • A credit in English and Mathematics at O-level.

  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Familiarity with office machines such as fax, printers, photocopiers, and shredders.

  • A smart, organized, and presentable appearance.

  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills.

  • Age: Female, between 25–33 years.
