We’re currently seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for clients and ensure a welcoming, professional environment at our Kyengera Mall office.
Position Summary
As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to clients, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at the reception. If you are organized, customer-focused, and passionate about travel, we’d love to hear from you.

How to Apply
Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth at the front desk.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide detailed and accurate information on tour packages, travel services, and available bookings.
Schedule, confirm, and manage hotel reservations, flight bookings, and client appointments.
Maintain an organized and tidy reception area at all times.
Handle client records, documentation, and ensure confidential information is safely managed.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications and email handling.
Professional, friendly, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
