The assistant is responsible for handling administrative and customer service functions, managing patient interactions, and supporting hospital operations.

How to Apply
Patient Reception & Assistance:
Welcome and guide patients and visitors.
Verify personal and insurance information.
Assist with patient check-in and registration.
Appointment Management:
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments via phone or in-person.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and update patient records.
Organize and file necessary paperwork.
Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and organized.
Communication & Coordination:
Liaise between patients, medical staff, and administrative departments.
Send reminders and follow-up communications for appointments.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality.
Adhere to hospital policies and data protection regulations.
Emergency Handling:
Direct patients to emergency services or notify medical staff as needed.
Remain calm and act promptly in urgent situations.
Customer service experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or office settings
Prior experience as a receptionist or office assistant, preferably in a healthcare facility
Familiarity with appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and general administrative duties
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical claims and procedures (an added advantage)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
High attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work both day and night shifts
