Job Description
The successful candidate will handle counter sales, quotations, and trade client management, ensuring all parts sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail and panel shop customers, providing product knowledge, and assisting with parts enquiries. The Salesperson will work closely with the Parts Department team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the dealership’s success.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist retail walk-in and trade/panel shop customers with parts enquiries and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and panel shop clients.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and conduct timely follow-ups.
Ensure accuracy in processing sales documentation and transactions.
Collaborate with the Parts Department team to achieve sales goals and provide efficient service.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Solid knowledge of automotive parts (VW/Audi brand experience highly advantageous).
Proven experience in sales and customer service within the automotive industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
