Job Description
You will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to school and IEB expectations; set, record, and report on assessments; create a positive classroom climate; manage classroom resources and school equipment; collaborate closely within the grade/phase team; support discipline and learner wellbeing; and actively contribute to sport, cultural activities, and ad-hoc school administration in line with Curro’s values.

How to Apply
Plan, control, record, and report on assessments
Attend grade/phase meetings, forums, and workshops
Create an educational, well-managed classroom environment
Safeguard and account for school equipment and class stock
Collaborate with grade/phase teachers to ensure smooth operations
Manage, plan, assist, and promote teaching & learning within the class
Support and promote sport and cultural activities across the school
Uphold discipline standards within the grade/phase
Assist with sport and general administrative duties as needed

Minimum:
Appropriate academic and professional teaching qualification (recognised institution)
Current SACE registration
2–3 years’ teaching experience in Grades 1–3
IEB experience
Clear criminal record
Skills & Attributes:
Strong planning, assessment, and classroom management
Team collaboration and professional communication
Commitment to co-curricular (sport/culture) involvement
Alignment with the school’s values and learner-centred approach
