About the Role
Sokoni Africa Limited is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is central to delivering a premium dining experience by overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring top-tier service standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing staff effectively while upholding the excellence that defines our brand.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee day-to-day operations including reservations, table assignments, and staff rosters.
Ensure timely delivery and high quality of food and beverage service.
Address guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow and assist in menu planning.
Generate performance reports covering sales, inventory, and staff productivity.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining environment.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of fine dining service etiquette and standards.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
