Job Description
Job Title: Finance Officer (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Kilimall
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Establish HR systems (recruitment, contracts, payroll) compliant with Ugandan laws.
Lead office setup (location selection, procurement, logistics) for Uganda site launch.
Manage recruitment via local channels to build teams and talent pools.
Bridge HQ-local operations: Report progress, align systems, and implement corporate culture.
Ensure compliance: Audits, records management, and risk control.
Oversee daily operations: Admin systems, vendor management, and cost control.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Relevant bachelor’s in finance or any other related field or CPA qualifications.
At least two years working experience in finance.
Team player and able to work with minimal supervision.

Good communication and reporting skill.
