Job Description
Provide operational support across finance, procurement, and general administration to ensure smooth departmental workflows.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with finance documentation, reconciliations, invoice processing, and filing.
- Support procurement tasks: sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, processing purchase requests, and tracking orders.
- Maintain administrative records and support the team with logistics (travel bookings, office supplies, meetings).
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and updated trackers for finance & procurement.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement and financial policies.
