Controllership

• Provision of daily bank/cash reconciliations driving real time posting of financial transactions in
• MS Dynamics 365 ERP not limited to production & sales orders together with invoicing and collections.
• Monitor and analyze stock movements, ensuring variances are fully supported and explained, including yield, production losses, mix, and blending variances.
• Take lead in coordination of the budgeting process, tracking performance with clear commentaries explaining the variances and provide insights to the management.
• Develop a mechanism of harmonizing key performance indicators with attention to plant/operation KPls across the Business to deliver benchmarking and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to the chart of accounts hierarchy in MS Dynamics 365 postings to deliver automation of financial reporting including month-end balance sheet reconciliations.

Performance Manager

• Create Financial performance dashboards including scenarios modelling to identify potential risks and opportunities in business strategies to aiding in quick decision making.

Value manager

• Ensure compliance with all Internal financial and accounting policies and guidelines including authorisation matrixes.
• Ensuring 100% adherence to internal policies, processes and controls to minimise risks and eliminate fraud. (Zero tolerance to controllable losses)
• Assist in developing governance frameworks for data accuracy and compliance

Strategic Partnering

• Champion the automation of financial reports in MS Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Support efficiency and change management opportunities within the Company.
