Job Summary:
The Organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Film Production Coordinator to support the Film Production Skilling and Training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the program, managing participant onboarding and profiles, tracking budget expenditures, and collecting data.

How to Apply
Programme Implementation:
Ensure the Film Production Skilling and Training program is implemented according to plan.
Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.
Participants Onboarding and Management:
Onboard participants to the program, ensuring they have a smooth transition.
Manage participant profiles, including tracking progress, attendance, and feedback.
Budget Management:
Track and manage budget expenditures for the program, ensuring financial sustainability.
Prepare and submit financial reports to the Program Manager.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on program participants, including demographics, progress, and outcomes.
Use data to inform program improvements and report on program impact.
Film Production Support:
Assist in setting up and maintaining film production equipment and software.
Provide technical support to participants during training sessions.
Diploma or degree in film and television production, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, film or a related field.
Strong knowledge of film and television production techniques, software, and equipment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with youth or vulnerable groups.
Familiarity with Ugandan film industry and production trends.
Certificate in film production or related field.
