How to Apply
Mobilize and recruit eligible participants into the study.
Organize and facilitate village meetings to engage communities.
Safeguard study resources and materials.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of collected data and project records.
Assist in the consenting process of study participants when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or line manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration (SWSA), Mass Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical research setting, preferably in social and behavioral science research.
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams involving clinical and epidemiological researchers.
Previous experience in participant mobilization for research studies.
Experience working with the general population cohort in Kyamulibwa is an advantage.
Fluent in both English and Luganda.
Valid motorcycle riding skills required.
Basic knowledge of data collection, management, and reporting.
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access, and SSP software.
Self-motivated, with excellent social, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
Capable of maintaining productivity under pressure and adapting to changing conditions.
Demonstrates integrity, reliability, non-judgmental attitude, and results-orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn, forward-thinking, and open-minded.
