Inventory Management:
Manage inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and equipment.
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and order supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and usage.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of all vehicle operations, maintenance, and repairs.
Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet status, expenses, and other relevant metrics.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for vehicle parts and repair services.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance and reliability.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to the motor vehicle section.
Ensure high standards of service delivery to all users of the vehicle fleet.
Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement within the motor vehicle section and implement changes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance fleet management operations.
Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Applicants must be holders of Ordinary Diploma/Advanced certificate in Automotive Engineering for Mechanics/Auto Electrician and holders of Bachelors degree/Higher diploma in Automotive Engineering for position of Supervisor Agric.
W/shop from a recognized Institution.
While Bachelor's degree in Agriculture for position of Supervisor/Superintendent - Field from a recognized Institution.
Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
