Job Description
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Calabash Dairies’ range of cheese products to hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and other retail outlets. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, delivering product presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration with production and logistics teams. The successful candidate will be expected to meet sales targets, provide market feedback, and attend regular sales meetings.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell a variety of cheese products to designated outlets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare and deliver effective product presentations to prospective clients.
Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in sales meetings and submit regular progress and market reports.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
