Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with drivers and customers to grow the LoadMaster network
- Identify and onboard new drivers and customers across assigned territories
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Conduct regular field visits and customer follow-ups
- Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly in the field
