About the Role

The Field Manager is a senior-level leadership role focused on overseeing and enhancing EarthEnable’s field operations across Uganda. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in strategy execution, team leadership, and nationwide expansion—ensuring that all field activities are efficient, aligned, and impactful.

This is a hybrid role—part strategist, part hands-on operator—that requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of rural Uganda. You will support our six existing branches while leading efforts to expand to 20+ locations over the next four years.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a field-based leadership role, ideally in rural Uganda and within a social enterprise or impact-driven organization

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage both staff and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive operational improvements

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Deep knowledge of Uganda’s rural economic and cultural landscape

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across the country
