Location: Iganga, Uganda (with frequent travel to field sites)

Position Overview
Health Access Connect (HAC) is seeking a proactive and organized Field Coordinator to oversee the daily operational needs associated with our expanding network of mobile clinics and outreach programs. Operating under a hub-and-spoke model, our Kampala-based administration team provides oversight and support to field staff and partners in rural districts. The Field Coordinator will play a vital role in strengthening communication, coordination, and collaboration with health workers, local government, civil society organizations, and community stakeholders.

How to Apply
Coordinate daily operations of field-based mobile clinics and outreach initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with district health officials, partner organizations, and community leaders.
Support and monitor Field Officers in implementing and scaling program activities.
Facilitate site visits by administration staff and ensure logistical coordination.
Collaborate with Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) teams to collect, report, and act on field data.
Identify challenges in field operations and propose practical solutions.
Represent HAC in district-level coordination meetings when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field.
At least 2 years of field coordination or community outreach experience, preferably in a health-related NGO setting.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and travel regularly within Uganda.
Proficiency in local languages spoken in the Eastern region is an asset.
