How to Apply
The successful candidates will:
Develop and implement effective strategies to expand farm production.
Enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with national and international agricultural standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with honors in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Husbandry, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in farm management.
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge in crop and animal production, pest and disease control, and soil health management.
Familiarity with farm certification standards (an added advantage).
Proven ability to train and work with local farmers.
