To lead and supervise day-to-day field operations including planting, spraying, and harvesting while ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Supervise field teams during major activities across the crop cycle.
Allocate labor, inputs, and machinery efficiently to meet operational goals.
Monitor safe use of chemicals, PPE, and adherence to HSE protocols.
Conduct and supervise machine maintenance and calibration.
Track performance metrics and support worker training.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Promote sustainable farming practices and compliance.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field-based agricultural operations.
Strong supervisory skills with experience managing large teams.
Knowledge of crop agronomy, mechanized equipment, and sustainable practices.
Commitment to safety and productivity.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Luganda, Swahili, or other local languages is an advantage.
Work Environment:
Field-based with regular exposure to outdoor weather.
Long working hours and weekend shifts may be required during peak seasons.
Use of PPE is mandatory.
Must be willing to live in or frequently travel to rural farm sites.
