Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and uphold high culinary standards across the hotel’s restaurants and café.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee product quality.
Collaborate with management to design creative, seasonal, and customer-focused menus.
Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
Continuously assess and enhance the performance of the kitchen and its services.
Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff; oversee menu planning and kitchen operations.
Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or qualification from a recognized culinary school (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in the culinary industry, with at least 2 years as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Strong knowledge of current culinary trends and commitment to innovation.
Proven leadership, training, and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required (additional languages are an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and restaurant management software.
