Job Description
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who is a passionate and responsive self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. R-SEAT is a dynamic, international team working with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a candidate that can manage a diverse and always evolving workload across numerous competing priorities. This role is based in Colombia, Mexico, Lebanon, Syria, Kenya, or Uganda. Applicants with previous experience in operations or supporting C-Suite executives are specifically encouraged to apply.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant, you will structure and support R-SEAT’s mission by:
Drafting working documents and speaking notes: Transform ideas into clear, compelling content across a wide range of formats, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and alignment with organizational priorities.
Managing calendars: Proactively coordinate and prioritize complex schedules, balancing team workflows, external commitments, and time-sensitive demands.
Liaising with diverse stakeholders: Maintain prompt, professional, and culturally sensitive communication with all partners, contributors, and external stakeholders
Providing administrative support: Organize and maintain systems for filing, documentation, note-taking, and general administrative tasks that contribute to a productive and efficient work environment.
Maintaining contact management systems: Confidently use and regularly update our CRM to ensure accurate, up-to-date records and support effective relationship management.
