Job Title: Executive Assistant (Admin Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support in a well-organised, meticulous, and timely manner to the Managing Director. They will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the MD’s working life and communication.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Follow up on commercial operational activities with different departments as and when requested by the Managing Director.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Managing the Managing Director’s calendar and setting up meetings by supporting in planning of the weekly schedule.
Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Tracking daily expenses and preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the Managing director.
Conducting research and analysis on issues of interest to the Managing Director.
Supporting and managing a high volume of requests and projects to meet the objectives of the Managing Director.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven work experience (4 years) as an Executive Assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
Agile, flexible and ability to work with diverse teams.
