Job Description

Africa Global Logistics Uganda (AGLU) is seeking a Compliance Officer to support the implementation of our Group Compliance Program and uphold our strong ethical standards across operations. Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Local Anti-Corruption Committee by organizing meetings, tracking compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Lead training and awareness initiatives on anti-corruption, Code of Conduct, and third-party due diligence.
- Maintain compliance registers (gifts, conflicts of interest, sponsorships) and ensure reporting KPIs are met.
- Assist in risk mapping and due diligence for third-party suppliers and customers.
- Prepare and organize documentation for audits and support corrective action plans.
- Conduct international sanctions checks and escalate critical red flags where needed.
