Job Description
Health Access Connect (HAC) is seeking 25 Enumerators (Data Collectors) to support temporary baseline data collection for its Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Team. The role involves gathering high-quality qualitative and quantitative data through household surveys, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews in Mpigi and Lwengo districts. Enumerators will work closely with supervisors to ensure ethical, accurate, and timely data collection to inform HAC’s health programs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend training and orientation for data collection assignments
- Obtain informed consent from study participants
- Conduct household surveys, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and desk reviews
- Use electronic data collection tools such as KoboCollect to capture data
- Complete, edit, review, and submit collected data daily
- Participate in daily team briefs and debriefs
- Adhere strictly to ethical research guidelines
- Work in remote and hard-to-reach areas for extended hours
- Uphold HAC’s reputation and credibility in partner communities
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
