Job Description
The Enterprise Banker will drive and deliver business performance with both new and existing customers, growing wallet share, making appropriate introductions to the Branch Manager for specialist advice, and delivering excellent customer service to Enterprise and Business Banking clients at the Arua branch.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Contact customers to open Enterprise banking accounts following the Bank's recruitment policies and procedures.
- Participate in product campaigns and explain products to customers.
- Grow portfolio profitability by identifying new and existing customer potential and sales opportunities.
- Originate and initiate client credit applications in line with ABSA SME lending guidelines.
- Conduct customer meetings with well-defined call objectives and desired outcomes.
- Build effective relationships with branch staff to ensure appropriate referrals.
- Complete account opening documentation and submit for processing.
- Own customer queries and complaints and resolve in a timely manner.
- Ensure KYC compliance and operational rigour across all activities.
