Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
- Commission HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and associated controls
- Develop, review, and implement commissioning plans and procedures
- Conduct functional testing and performance verification of all installed systems
- Identify, document, and resolve commissioning deficiencies
- Prepare commissioning reports, punch lists, and as-built documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and client representatives during commissioning activities
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
- Train client operations staff on system operation and maintenance
